I combine structure, commercial judgement and practical delivery. The strategy has to survive contact with the real business.

My background spans 15 years in the Royal Australian Navy, technology startups, software product delivery and digital marketing. It means I’m comfortable moving between leadership conversations, messy workflows and the details of a working build.
